Washington Post - FTC goes after board game campaign gone wrong in first crowdfunding case
I've been wondering when this would finally happen. I have read about a few campaigns that have ended up in court, but it has always been a backer going after them. It will be interesting to see if this happens to other Kickstarter campaigns that fail to deliver.
